ZoomでCisco Unified Communications Manager（CUCM）をセットアップする

CUCMでZoomミーティングに接続されるH.323またはSIPについては、SIPプロファイルおよびSIPトランクをCisco Unified Communications Manager（CUCMまたはCallManager）内で設定することが推奨されます。この設定により、コンテンツのデュアルストリームが可能となり、ミーティングの質を最適化できます。

 

 

SIPトランクセキュリティプロファイルの設定

  1. Cisco Unified Communications Managerの管理ページで、[System] > [Security] > [SIP Trunk Security Profile]に移動します。 
  2.  [Add New]をクリックします。
  3. SIPトランクセキュリティプロファイルを設定します。

    Name Zoom SIP Trunk
    Description Zoom SIP Trunk
    Device Security Mode None Secure
    Incoming Transport Type TCP+UDP
    Outgoing Transport Type TCP
    Incoming Port 5060
    Accept unsolicited notification チェックを入れる
    Accept replaces header チェックを入れる
  4. [Save]をクリックします。

 

SIPプロファイルを設定する

  1. Cisco Unified Communications Managerの管理ページで、
    [Device] > [Device Settings] > [SIP Profile]に移動します。
  2. [Standard SIP Profile for Cisco VCS]をクリックします。
  3. [Copy]をクリックします。
  4. 名前をZoom SIP Profileに変更します。
  5. [Early Offer support for voice and video calls]で[ Best Effort]を選択します。
  6. [SDP Information]で、次の項目にチェックを入れます。
    [Allow Presentation Sharing using BFCP]
    [Allow iX Application Media][Allow multiple codecs in answer SDP]

 

SIPトランクをVCSに作成する

  1. Cisco Unified Communications Managerの管理ページで、
    [Device] > [Trunk]へ移動します。
  2. 必要性と設定に基づいて、[Device Information]と[Device Pool]を入力します。
  3. [SIP Information]で、VCSコントロールまたはVCS Expressway C IPアドレスおよびポートを追加します。
  4. [SIP Trunk Security Profile]で、上記SIPトランクセキュリティプロファイルの設定のステップ3 で入力した名前、Zoom SIP Trunkを入力します。
  5. [SIP Profile]で、SIPプロファイルを設定するのステップ4 で入力した名前であるZoom SIP Profileを入力します。
  6. トランクを保存してリセットします。

 

ネイバーゾーン、CUCM詳細設定の確認

  1. Cisco Unified Communications Managerの管理ページで、
    [Configuration] > [Zones] > [Zones]へ移動します。 
  2. [CUCM Neighbor Zone]をクリックします。  
  3. [ICE support]が[On]に設定されていることを確認します。
  4. [Zone profile]を[Custom]に変更します。 
  5. [Call signaling routed mode]が[Always]に設定されていることを確認します。
